It deserves its 3 stars. All in all, it was welcome base for traveling to Alexandria. We booked king studio and really loved it.

Location was excellent and stuff was great!

Would recommend it and would stay there again. It was very clean, everyone was excellent. As picky eaters we enjoyed to be close to a great selection restaurants, went to Zpizza couple of times, it was 5 mins walk away.
